  • Step 1 : take 50g curd+25g water+ 25g seasoning . Whisk it properly.
  • Step 2: then sauté the 250g meat in mustard oil (partially cooked)
  • Step 3: take cooker add 25 g mustard oil ( add whole spices cinnamon/clove/big cardamom/green cardamom/mace/cumin/bay leaf if required)
  • Step 4: add curd & seasoning mix in oil and cook until the oil start to separate.
  • Step 5: add sautéed meat & 125 g water. Cover and cooked the meat
