Malabar Curry

  • Step 1 : Take 25g oil and 10g ginger garlic paste and partially cook the meat/ veggies.(keep a side)
  • Step 2: Make slurry with 25g seasoning and 250g water.
  • Step 3: Take cooker/pan add slurry and cook till boil
  • Step 4: Add partially cooked meat / veggies and cooked it
  • Step 5: After the meat/ veggies are cooked ad coconut milk 25g, stir and serve
