Thai Red Curry

  • Step 1: Sauté 2.5gm Ginger/ Galangal, 2.5gm Lemongrass and 2.5g Kaffir Lime Leaves in 7.5gm Oil in a deep pan.
  • Step 2: Add Mix Vegetable 125g / 125g chicken and sauté slightly.
  • Step 3: Add 25g of Red Thai Seasoning and mix
  • Step 4: Add 180 ml water and let it come to a boil until chicken/ vegetable gets cooked soft.
  • Step 5: Add 180 ml of coconut milk / coconut milk powder slurry (80g coconut milk powder + 80 ml water) and cook
  • Step 6: Adjust Salt as per taste, Serve and Enjoy
