  • Step 1 : Make slurry with 25g seasoning and 50g water
  • Step 2: Marinade the chicken 500g with above slurry
  • Step 3: Keep marinated chicken asides for 4 hrs.
  • Step 4: Grill the marinated chicken on a grill or pan at 220 °C until the chicken is cooked
